Pray that the door for new legal refugees will once again be open.
Since January of 2025, the path for new legal refugees into the U.S. has effectively been closed. There are hundreds of thousands, including family members of our existing refugee community, who cannot leave the refugee camps where they are placed. Pray that this door will again be open in the near future.
Pray for the many refugees settled in the area over the last 4 years.
Over 150 refugees have settled in our area since January of 2022. They continue to need practical support such as English as a Second Language (ESL), transportation, and employment support. Pray that there will be opportunities to share the gospel with these refugees as we serve them well.
